I have been working as an assistant attorney since 2021. I independently provide full support of court cases in civil, commercial and administrative proceedings.
Main professional interests involve civil, family, commercial, corporate and tax law.
In the course of my work in the field of corporate law, I have prepared all the necessary documents for registration actions in relation to business entities, namely: argumentation of changes to the information contained in the Unified State Register; preparation of documents for convening and holding general meetings of participants / shareholders; registration of voting results, etc. I have gained experience in supporting business activities, resolving issues of current activities of business entities, drafting various types of contracts and providing legal advice on current activities.
