- advising on the algorithm of actions required to conduct business in Ukraine, including the selection of the optimal organizational and legal form of activity, and choice of taxation system;
- conducting due diligence of the investment object;
- representating the company’s interests in state and local government bodies;
- conducting a reliability check of the counterparty, verifying the presence of assets in Ukraine to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, and checking whether the counterparty is on the sanctions lists;
- contractual work, including the preparation, analysis, and participation in negotiations for the conclusion of contracts, in particular: sale and purchase agreements, supply agreements, service agreements, marketing and advertising agreements, real estate and vehicle lease agreements, loan agreements, subcontracting agreements, easement agreements, superficies, and more;
- consultations regarding the necessity of obtaining permits and licenses;
- consultations regarding the use of intellectual property objects and their state registration;
- consultations regarding compliance with the requirements of the current legislation when conducting promotional activities and advertising;
- providing consultations on personnel issues, drafting documents related to personnel issues, such as employment contracts, job descriptions, and more.
