- providing consultations on foreign economic activities, quotas and obtaining special permits for exporting goods;
- conducting the due diligence on the reliability of the counterparty, whether it has property in Ukraine to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, and whether the counterparty is on the sanctions lists;
- developing foreign trade agreements and contracts;
- providing consultations and support for the accreditation of a foreign economic entity with the State Customs Service;
- advising on currency supervision of the bank;
- providing consultations on the necessity of reporting on controlled foreign companies (CFCs);
- advising on the need to legalize (apostilize) documents in the course of foreign economic activities.
